Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to our company's values and standards.
  • Operations and Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service establishment.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Staff Management and Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled food service staff to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
