Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Food Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Staff Training: Train and develop our food service staff, providing coaching and feedback to improve their skills and performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food products and supplies, ensuring that we have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, maintaining accurate records of our food service operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
