  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
