Job Description- Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their overall well-being.
- Provide support with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, as well as medication administration and daily exercises.
- Monitor client's health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals, ensuring timely interventions and optimal care.
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings, demonstrating expertise and a strong understanding of client needs.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients, fostering a trusting relationship and delivering personalized care.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements, ensuring safe and effective caregiving practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, accommodating diverse client schedules and needs.
