- A Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent;
- A Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent;
- CPR Certification;
- First Aid Certification;
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle (for rural areas);
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Punctuality and reliability;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Client-focused approach;
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
