Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production and other reports, and supervise workers and projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, conduct training sessions, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise labourers, train or arrange for training, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, conduct training sessions, and provide technical advice.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook, Automatic data processing (ADP)
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
