We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team at Cogeco Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing principles, particularly in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

Our Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer engagement. This will involve creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in target markets.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecommunications sector to remain competitive.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including emails, direct mailing, case studies, and presentations, tailored for B2B/B2C audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are cost-efficient and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and creative thinking abilities.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing principles, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
