Senior Accountant - Client Advisor

Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze clients' financial performance, providing insightful guidance and escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized financial strategies and solutions for clients.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, including monthly management reports, commission reports, royalty reports, net worth statements, burn rate, run rate, cash flow, AR/AP, net cash position, and client payroll.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Create budgets and estimate forecasts based on client performance.
- Tax Services: Prepare compilation engagements/tax returns and conduct annual tax filing and delivery.
- Team Leadership: Oversee Client Administrators and bookkeeping team, reviewing assigned tasks and approving initiated payments.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, responding to ad hoc financial requests and providing administrative support as needed.
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience with full cycle bookkeeping and engagements, preferably with owner-managed businesses.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
