Career Advancement Manager

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Career Advancement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field. They will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, managing training and development strategies, and organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures.
The Career Advancement Manager will also oversee payroll administration, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. They will work in a fast-paced environment and require excellent oral and written communication skills, judgement, and the ability to work as part of a team.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
