Job Title: Workday Configuration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Expert to join our team at Infotek Consulting Services Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their technical expertise and drive business value through innovative solutions.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain sustainable Workday configurations in complex ecosystems.
  • Define and refine technical requirements, focusing on high-value and high-impact work that drives business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose creative solutions to optimize HR processes, automate tasks, and improve user experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including process workflows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures, to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Evaluate and prioritize tickets in our ticketing system (JIRA) to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Workday capabilities and actively participate in the Workday Community platform by engaging with relevant groups, forums, and discussions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Workday configuration across multiple functional areas, including Time Tracking and Absence Management (TTAM), Compensation and Annual Cycle, Core HCM, Workday Everywhere, and Employee Self Service features.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Security and Reporting, including domain setup, dashboards, and advanced reporting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity while handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Customer-focused communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and analytical skills, along with creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling, staying current with innovative technologies and methodologies.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks based on daily and long-term objectives.
  • Resilience and adaptability in supporting a transforming organization.
  • Prior experience supporting HR-related tasks, processes, and services; knowledge of agile practices is an asset.

What We Offer:
