Sales Ambassador

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Continually expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and diving deep into all things Lush.
- Team Involvement: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance, support the growth of your team, and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in day-to-day operations
