About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Nespresso Coffee Advisor to join our team at Acosta. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Nespresso coffee products and providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with retail customers and promote Nespresso coffee products
  • Provide expert knowledge of Nespresso products to customers and staff
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management
  • Elevate the customer experience by providing coffee samples and demos of all Nespresso products
  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management
  • Promote and leverage product promotions
  • Work with multiple Nespresso trade partners at 1 to 3 store locations daily
Requirements
  • Retail sales experience
  • Engaging personality and comfortable approaching customers
  • Part-time weekend availability
  • Passion for coffee
  • Reliable transportation to and from location(s)
