Job Summary

As a Seasonal Ambassador at Lush Handmade Cosmetics, you will be an expert in product knowledge and customer consultations. You will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and contribute to the overall excellence of the shop. This is a contract role with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

- Sales and Customer Experience
- Drive sales by utilizing store data and seeking feedback to exceed sales goals.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and showcasing our amazing products.
- Building the Brand
- Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on animal testing, sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Articulate our values in the shop and through community engagement by hosting store events and initiatives.
- Product Passion
- Continuously expand your product knowledge with ongoing learning and stay up-to-date on our products, ingredients, and unique benefits.

Team Involvement

- Develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance and support the growth of your team.
- Encourage open communication and foster a sense of belonging by promoting teamwork and recognizing each employee's unique contributions.

Operational Excellence

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer's shopping experience and drive sales.
- Utilize visual merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales.
- Ensure you are practicing company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, and health and safety.
