Job Opportunity:
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Paramedic Practitioner to join our team in Northern Manitoba. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality clinic-based paramedic services and health guidance to individuals, families, and groups in remote Northern communities.
The Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering primary care and emergency services, potentially participating in medevacs and medical evacuations. You will work closely with diverse Indigenous communities, providing care to community members in Canada's remote Northern communities of Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinic-based paramedic services and health guidance to individuals, families, and groups in remote Northern communities.
- Deliver primary care and emergency services, potentially participating in medevacs and medical evacuations.
- Work closely with diverse Indigenous communities, providing care to community members in Canada's remote Northern communities of Manitoba.
Requirements:
- Valid registration/licensure with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba, with no restrictions.
- Malpractice insurance through the College of Paramedics of Manitoba.
- At least 1,950 regular working hours of experience accumulated in the past two years.
- Valid Class 4 Driver's License.
- Willingness to obtain a Reliability Status level security clearance.
