Marketing Director

Pacific Smoke International Inc is seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to drive profitable growth and shape the brand's voice in the vapor industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and brand positioning.
  • Define and enhance the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Guide and manage digital marketing strategies, including website content, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media initiatives.
  • Conduct and leverage market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, product development, supply chain team, finance team, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk through close work with legal and compliance teams.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in the vapor, tobacco, alcohol, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience with B2C and B2B marketing, including digital, retail, and trade marketing channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of the vapor industry or a closely related sector, including market trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory landscapes.
