Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Yellowknife Restaurant Limited Partnership. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Server or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
