Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Yellowknife Restaurant Limited Partnership.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Point of Sale: Operate a point of sale system.
  • Security and Safety: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
