Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Pizza Hut.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Clean and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our Pizza Hut location. No remote work options are available.
