We are seeking a skilled Roof Inspector to join our team at Normandeau Roofing Ltd. As a Roof Inspector, you will be responsible for effectively diagnosing commercial roofs, completing comprehensive inspection reports, and making recommendations based on your assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose commercial roofs and complete comprehensive inspection reports
  • Assess roof condition, including active leak issues and overall condition
  • Inspect roof assets to preserve and extend roof life
  • Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, including installation, repair, and modifications
  • Respond to emergency roof leaks and roof-related issues
  • Ensure specifications, shop drawings, and scope of work are followed
  • Maintain company vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Travel within MB, SK, and North Eastern Ontario
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing
  • Red Seal Certification is an asset
  • Driver's license (Class 5)
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and apps
  • Sense of urgency and high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
  • Skills to lead and train new crew members
  • Aptitude to follow safe work practices and procedures
  • Capability to work long days, overtime, and weekends
