About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Sky City Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of roofing systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Roofing Projects
    • Oversee the installation and maintenance of roofing systems
    • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Monitor and control project costs and resources
  • Lead and Develop a Team
    • Supervise and mentor a team of roofers and site staff
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Ensure Health and Safety
    • Develop and implement health and safety protocols and procedures
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
