Ameresco Canada Inc. Seeks Vice President of Asset Sustainability

Ameresco Canada Inc., a leading cleantech integrator and renewable energy asset developer, owner, and operator, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Asset Sustainability to join our team in Toronto, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement successful strategies to increase advisory services and software deployment activities, ensuring annual goals are met.
  • Oversee financial reporting and administration of ASG business, including financial KPIs, business measurements, and standards.
  • Aid in the development, management, and reporting of business measurements, standards, and procedures, including risk management assessment and business health.
  • Enhance business efficiency and effectiveness by facilitating risk assessment meetings, optimizing service margins, and driving peak operational performance.
  • Coordinate the development interface with project management and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and refine metrics/KPIs for project managers and directors to measure performance of individual projects and practice areas.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, planning, and management of procurement, contract administration, software solutions, advisory, and consulting opportunities to ensure total quality and project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Plan, budget, track, and effectively manage organizational and team resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the Customer Success team initiatives, including monetization of training programs and certification programs.
  • Collaborate on project delivery with practice area leaders, focusing on growth initiatives and program rollouts.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced education preferred (MBA).
  • Minimum 10 years of senior management and leadership experience cultivating, securing, and implementing multi-million-dollar software and advisory service engagements.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Superior financial planning, budgeting, and organizational resource management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, technical communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and business relationships.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency; Smartsheet expertise preferred; MS D365 experience preferred; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of AssetPlanner software system preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Travel required.
