Job Summary

Waterfront Toronto is seeking a Senior Vice President, Asset Management to lead and execute the Corporation's ambitious development agenda. This role encompasses a broad scope, from driving new community developments to managing asset optimization and securing critical municipal approvals.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in delivering large-scale urban mixed-use developments, with particular expertise in projects that integrate affordable housing, retail, commercial, and recreational components. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills are essential, enabling the SVP to align stakeholders behind Waterfront Toronto's vision and navigate the complexities of multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Waterfront Toronto's development agenda
