About the Role

As a Senior Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted.
  • Sales and Growth: Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technology Expertise: Share your knowledge with customers, introducing them to our mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, able to promote and demonstrate the use of digital/self-service banking options.
  • Previous Experience: Previous banking experience is a strong asset, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
