About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, deliver excellent service, and resolve their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  3. Relationship Building: Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  4. Sales and Upselling: Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers.
  5. Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our mobile banking applications and assist customers in managing their banking needs.
Requirements
  1. Customer Service Skills: Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in our mobile banking applications.
  3. Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  4. Sales Skills: Comfortable in simple sales situations and able to promote our products and services to customers.
