Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team at Transoft Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer databases and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Assist with order processing and vendor registration procedures.
- Generate monthly renewal quotes and follow up with customers.
- Provide post-sales customer service and satisfaction support.
- Manage communication with clients, screen, qualify, and forward incoming calls.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
About You:
- You have a strong background in sales or customer service and are looking to start your career in a dynamic and innovative company.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You are a team player who is adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000 annually + bonus (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
