Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes with Brex's suite of financial services and software.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow Brex customers
- Proactively identify and mitigate risk
- Monitor customer accounts through various dashboards and alerts
- Ensure customers have a sufficient credit limit
- Reach out to customers proactively for predefined criteria
- Advocate for customers across various teams
- Own product adoption, retention, and growth metrics for named accounts
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- 1+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Experience working with high-volume customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle
- Experience working in a SaaS or Fintech organization
- Passion for working with customers to ensure they achieve their goals
- Ability to present new ideas and challenge the status quo
- Bachelor's or undergraduate degree
- Experience in payments and credit card services
The expected OTE range for this role is $112,000 CAD - $140,000 CAD. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
