Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes with Brex's suite of financial services and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow Brex customers
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk
  • Monitor customer accounts through various dashboards and alerts
  • Ensure customers have a sufficient credit limit
  • Reach out to customers proactively for predefined criteria
  • Advocate for customers across various teams
  • Own product adoption, retention, and growth metrics for named accounts
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • 1+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  • Experience working with high-volume customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Experience working in a SaaS or Fintech organization
  • Passion for working with customers to ensure they achieve their goals
  • Ability to present new ideas and challenge the status quo
  • Bachelor's or undergraduate degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in payments and credit card services
Compensation

The expected OTE range for this role is $112,000 CAD - $140,000 CAD. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
