About the Role

As a Student Success Advocate, you'll play a vital role in shaping the learning journey of our students. You'll be their primary point of contact, guiding them through every stage of their professional development in digital skills training. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for all BrainStation students.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for student and educator inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support.
  • Collaborate with the Experience Lead to implement strategies that enhance the overall student experience for BrainStation students, alumni, and educators.
  • Track and analyze student data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and alumni outcomes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new students and prepare them for course delivery, ensuring a smooth transition into their learning journey.
  • Connect industry professionals as educators, guest speakers, and mentors for BrainStation bootcamps and courses, enriching the learning experience with real-world insights.
  • Work closely with our global Experience Team to develop and execute strategies that expand our network of industry connections.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the student experience and course delivery process, always striving for excellence.
  • Coordinate logistics with campus operations to ensure a positive learning environment both in-person and online.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to position yourself as a subject matter expert in technology.
  • Engage actively in the tech community and contribute to building the BrainStation brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in business development, recruitment, or growth marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with outreach and building prospect lists.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of career pathways within the technology industry is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Sales tools is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • A willingness to contribute across various aspects of the organization.
