- Assist with order processing and vendor registration procedures.
- Generate monthly renewal quotes and follow up with customers.

- Manage communication with clients, screen, qualify, and forward incoming calls.

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software sales.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
