About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team at Transoft Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customer databases and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Assist with order processing and vendor registration procedures.
  • Generate monthly renewal quotes and follow up with customers.
  • Provide post-sales customer service and satisfaction support.
  • Manage communication with clients, screen, qualify, and forward incoming calls.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software sales.
  • Excellent customer management skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
