Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Edgewater Plants Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee the coordination of office administrative procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office, with the ability to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
