Job Title: Director, Customer Success

GroupBy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell GroupBy's products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of GroupBy's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Deep understanding of GroupBy's products and services.
