Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager - Operations Lead to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, manage cash handling, and maintain inventory control.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, negotiate with suppliers, and drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Electronic cash register, MS Excel, spreadsheet, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
What We Offer:- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000.
- Benefits: Permanent employment, 30 to 35 hours per week, and a dynamic work environment.
