Job Title: Administrative Assistant

GTA Plumbing and Electrical Supplies Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist senior management with administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
