About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead our Hematology team at Lilly Canada.

This is a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of our Hematology strategy, working closely with global and local cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute launch plans for pirtobrutinib, including thought leader engagement, environmental shaping, and Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Lead the development of our Hematology vision and strategy, informing commercial shifts to deliver on our strategy.
  • Gather deep customer insights to inform our brand strategy, partnering with global and IBU teams for alignment.
  • Manage the commercial brand budget for pre and post-launch activities.
  • Drive innovative thinking across the cross-functional team for comprehensive pre and post-launch plans.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand management and launching new products.
  • Extensive Omnichannel marketing experience and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, with a strong understanding of business acumen and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
