Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Manage the distribution of mail and other materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze employee data and information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
