Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of quality control measures, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and managing a team of professionals.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Directing quality control inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of production processes;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and procedures;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as an Operations Director at DBO Labs, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations management, or business administration;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to relocate for this position;
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other software applications;
  • A First Aid Certificate and CPR certification;
