Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Research Manager to join our team at Queen\u0027s University. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research projects, managing staff, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign technical projects to staff and plan and organize daily operations
  • Present and explain proposals to clients and review project plans to approve or recommend design changes
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and monitor and evaluate research progress
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff in research and development

Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in biomedical sciences, general, and oncology and cancer biology
