Accounting Software Trainer Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of dealership management software, and we're seeking an experienced Accounting Software Trainer to join our team in Milton, Ontario.

About the Role

As an Accounting Software Trainer, you will provide support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). You will assist customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, and also provide onsite training at customer locations throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our PBS software
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers
  • Provide excellent support to our customers in our software
  • Work directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned silo and if possible other silos
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensure they are being met or exceeded
  • Responds to both internal and external training requests in a timely manner
  • Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise and escalate issues to the corresponding teams
Requirements
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is an asset
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving & trouble shooting skills
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
