Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1233624 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Lead and manage a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
Establish Work Schedules and MethodsDevelop and implement efficient work schedules and methods to meet the demands of our fast-paced restaurant environment.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Ensure Quality Control and Customer SatisfactionMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain Records and InventoryAccurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
Work Environment and Physical DemandsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and walking.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, client focus, and initiative.
