  • Perform monthly reports and various analyses, such as changes in spending, travel patterns, and greenhouse gases.
  • Reconcile between different IT systems for G/L accounts overseen by the team.
  • Analyze and explain results by types of expenses, by department.
  • Make accounting entries in ERP.
  • Account for transactions in General Ledgers and Cost Centers.
  • Collect data used for global sustainability reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce travel costs through various analyses.

  • Ensure users comply with internal policies by applying controls.
  • Verify that payments and processes handled in accounts payable are compliant and subject to rigorous controls to mitigate the risk of fraud.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams.
", "Continuous Improvement": "
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of operational, financial, and internal control processes.
  • Improve and optimize dashboards (KPIs).
", "Software Implementation": "
  • Participate in the implementation of a new expense management tool.
  • Establish test scenarios.
  • Carry out project monitoring.
  • Collaborate with various business units involved.
", "What You'll Bring": "
  • Relevant CPA designation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience related to the position.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Oracle, Power BI/PowerQuery is an asset.
  • Experience working with an expense management tool.
  • Experience in combined financial analysis of accounting concepts and principles.
  • Sense of initiative, desire to learn, and strong interest in teamwork.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and manage multiple files at once.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurship, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Customer and results-oriented, with a high sense of ethics.
  • Bilingualism essential (French/English).
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
