About the RoleAs a Transaction Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to ensure that all transactions are processed in accordance with our company's risk management policies and procedures.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and processing all activity in MTS, BESS, Rightfax, Holding File, and IBS MT queues accurately and by agent bank deadlines.
- You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed to meet established deadlines.
- You will be expected to identify and escalate any potential trends or discrepancies in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of cash payment and treasury operations.
- Knowledge of SWIFT message format.
- An understanding of information technology and payment systems, including MS Office, SWIFT, RTGS, and CLS.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
