Business Services Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at CANWING TRAVEL LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Prepare written material, such as reports, briefs, and website content, and conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
