Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Type of Services: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all products are available to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
