Job Title: Stable Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Stable Manager to join our team at G&G Sporthorses Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our horse breeding program, ensuring the health and well-being of our animals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Monitor animal health and develop specific plans to prioritize
  • Direct farm feed inventory activities and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Train horses and assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform general farm duties

Working Conditions:

  • Work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
