Stable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stable Manager to join our team at G&G Sporthorses Ltd.
Job Summary:The Stable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our horse breeding and training facility, ensuring the health and well-being of our horses, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- Direct and supervise farm feed inventory activities, farm grooming activities, and animal handling.
- Monitor animal health and assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures.
- Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs.
- Train horses and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Perform general farm duties and ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work in a rural area with exposure to outdoor elements.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding work with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:35-40 hours per week.
