Regional Business Director, Orthopaedics

The Regional Business Manager for Orthopaedics will lead the sales team in the Western Canada region, focusing on growth and market share gain. Key responsibilities include driving regional sales strategy, fostering partnerships with marketing teams, and developing a culture of collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive Regional Sales Growth, Strategy and Customer Engagement
- Foster and develop collaborative partnership with Director of Sales and the Orthopaedic marketing team
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned to national marketing plans
- Cause reports to improve accuracy of regional forecasts
- Develop and maintain key relationships with SSOs, GPOs, distributors, and surgeon KOLs
- Support the regional sales team with key account management, proposal, and contract negotiations
Requirements:
- 5+ years minimum orthopaedic medical devices industry sales and/or marketing experience
- 2+ years people management experience (preferred)
- Proven track record in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets year over year
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that reflect the company core values
