Your Mission

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in East Canada, specifically in Toronto, Montreal, and the Maritimes. Your mission will be to drive growth, revenue and profitability by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships and building a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional leaders, branch managers and other stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Steering & Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance and support to regional leaders and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Target Setting: Establish and manage targets for regions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Sales Process Monitoring: Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development and closing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resellers and partners.
  • Team Enablement: Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
