Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs.
- Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
- Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Judgement, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and values and ethics.
- 40 hours per week.
- Anglais.
