Acode is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs.
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Judgement, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and values and ethics.
Work Environment:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Anglais.
