The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive organizational growth, as well as providing financial leadership and insights to the Senior Leadership Team. They will also lead and develop the Finance Team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the President and management team, providing expert guidance on financial matters and ensuring the company's financial performance is aligned with its overall strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive organizational growth
  • Providing financial leadership and insights to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Leading and developing the Finance Team
