Job Summary

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and manage workload
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Work Environment

The Transportation Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The Transportation Supervisor will work 35 hours per week.
