Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at CB Canada. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for delivering HR services at a site location, including data entry and other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Process HR paperwork, input data into the HR system, and maintain site HR files.
  • HR Support: Provide general HR information to team members, prepare team member communications, and provide administrative support.
  • Payroll Support: May act as payroll backup at some locations.
  • Recruitment Support: May conduct pre-screening activities, schedule interviews, and prepare offers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma; Post-secondary education in HR or a suitable combination of education and HR experience.
  • Skills: Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication; computer literacy in MS Office; Oracle or HR systems experience an asset.
  • License: Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
Work Environment

This is a regular office and casino environment, with non-traditional work hours may be required in certain circumstances, and some travel will be required as this position will be supporting surrounding sites.
